Lisa-and-Alfred-in-office

Lisa Sundgren, former Zooma intern and since May 2023 configurations and content specialist.

"Zooma's strong company culture has many benefits, including employee retention, a collaborative environment, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I have appreciated the one-on-one time with my supervisors, the opportunity to take certifications, and the fun activities like Friday fika and Zoomers +1. It's clear that Zooma puts a lot of value in making work exciting and creating a positive atmosphere for its employees." Read more about Zooma's company culture in her article.

What we offer all Zoomers

Friday Fika

Friday at 14:00 is fika time. A chance to talk about something other than work and engage in some light competition.

Zoomers + 1

Once a year, the Zoomers bring our plus-ones for a nice evening together. We usually have a nice dinner in some odd place and switch seats a few times.

Excursions

Twice a year, we gather all Zoomers for a lunch-to-lunch kick-off with a mixture of work, fun activities, learning and training.

Modern office in the city centre

Our physical office is in a central location in Gothenburg and equipped with all the modern tools and comforts you need for your work.

Work wherever you want

Zoomers get the freedom to work where they work best, wherever that may be. Some work better in the office, others prefer being at home. We find we work best when we have options.

Regular training and learning

Twice a year we clear our calendars and focus for a full day on training, learning and development. We think it's important for boosting our knowledge and helping customers.

Laptop and phone of your choosing

You know the equipment you need to do your job better than anyone. So let us know what you need and we'll sort it out.

Good causes program

There are a few good causes that are close to Zooma's heart, and it's the same for our team members. That's why all Zoomers can use one day per year to support good causes with full salary.

Wellness

Zooma offers specific benefits for your wellness, such as healthcare allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) and computer glasses, if you need them.

Competitive salary

Salaries are reviewed yearly.

How satisfied are Zoomers?

Our yearly internal NPS survey is just one way of finding out how satisfied Zoomers are at work. We like transparency and we're proud of our results, which is why we always publish them publicly.
