For a while I have been asking lots of competent friends if they can mention three tech projects with online or digital focus that has been easy to understand, in line with how they wanted it to be and that has created effortless simplicity for the users.
The answers were interesting; none of them could recall one project worth mentioning, ever. This made me think.
Right now it seems that all tech companies that used to be proud of tech and IT tries desperately to create a layer with strategists, UX and art directors and refer to themselves as ‘digital agencies’.
The funny thing is that there are quite a few companies that are looking for suppliers that just make tech easy. Who will make that happen?
