We are looking for a project manager with +5 years of experience in planning, managing, and monitoring digital and online projects.
You will effortlessly move from planning, managing, and monitoring projects to task management, scheduling, and client communication. You will be the owner of the clients' roadmap for implementing digital and online initiatives, and your primary responsibility will be:
Ensuring that Zooma and client processes run reliably and efficiently.
Planning and organising production schedules for digital and online deliverables.
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
Assessing project and resource requirements.
Overseeing agency production processes.
You need a Swedish work permit, fluency in English, and a lot of experience running complex digital projects.
Work location flexibility
Right now, most of our everyday creation and work is built on video conferencing and remote collaboration tools, so you can work from wherever you want, as long as you live and work in a decently close time zone. It's an advantage if you can be located in the Gothenburg area within six to twelve months.
You will need an EU work permit, fluency in English, and vast experience from a leading role in complex digital B2B projects.
We would prefer that you get started in December or January. This is a temporary position for 9-12 months, and you will work as an employee.
We will evaluate applicants on an ongoing basis. Selected applicants will be given a test that you should answer through video. Then, based on those videos, we will choose two applicants that we will interview.
